OPENING TITLES
Opening title sequences play an important part in any TV production. They set out the themes and styles of programme and give the viewer a sense of what to expect. As well as this, they are also a way to credit certain cast members and crew at the start, and often the title of the episode, if it has one.

The opening title sequence for Pleasure Park represents the style and themes of the show in a short 25 second burst. It uses the graphics, fonts, and colours set out by the branding and marketing.

This title sequence is an animated mix of amusement park rides and games failing or falling apart in some way, which effectively represents the idea that Pleasure Park is a failing amusement park. The end of the sequence reveals the logo of the show, which is sitting in the sky above the park.

Pleasure Park's temporary theme music was taken from a TV show called 'Porters' which was composed by this show's composer Oli Julian. It was chosen because it has an amusement park vibe, caused by the organ featured in the track.
